a Little bit about me..

Something shifted for me when I realised that nutrition is often an afterthought in our healthcare system — despite frequently being at the root of the problem.

I learned this firsthand at university, when I spent nearly a year lost in appointments and medications for a mystery stomach issue, with nobody once questioning my diet. It took a breakdown to my Grandma — a holistic queen — and a closer look at what I was eating to turn everything around. The transformation was remarkable. But what struck me most wasn't the physical change. It was how completely disconnected I had become from my own body.

That experience changed everything.

I became fascinated by nutrition, behaviour change, and the mind-body connection. Along the way I also fell completely in love with cooking and discovering just how delicious nourishing food can be — because healthy eating should never feel like a punishment.

But I also came to understand something equally important — making lasting change is genuinely hard. Not because people lack willpower or information, but because the way we live in the modern west makes it so. Ultra processed food is everywhere, stress is relentless, and diet culture has left so many of us confused, exhausted, and at war with our own bodies.

Knowing what to do and actually doing it are two very different things. That gap is exactly where I work.

I combine evidence based nutrition, behaviour change, movement, and self compassion to help women reconnect with their bodies and build habits that actually last — not through restriction or perfection, but through understanding, consistency, and genuine care for yourself
